How Negativity Affects People?

Depression, lack of confidence, lack of self, esteem, anxiety and many other mental conditions arise with negativity. You appear to be sinking fast in quicksand without anyone to help and all that you to try to remedy the situation prove futile.

Accepting that we need help is in itself a major step towards relief. Most of us seek help from a doctor, rightly so. However, a prescription course of antidepressants is but a temporary remedy to your situation.

The permanent solution lies within you and in what caused your problem in the first place, namely your way of thinking.

Trying to escape the blame for the things that go wrong in your life is a natural human reaction. While in truth, you are responsible for conducting your life, the choices and decisions you make are indeed yours and there is no one but yourself to blame. Realizing this is indeed the most difficult step that you have to take. For then as in any problem, once you know what's wrong its easier find a solution to fix the source of that problem.

That doesn't mean things will improve right away. You have to start here, but then it takes a lot of work to set things on the right track. It will take a while as you start to work on yourself.

Nothing happens overnight for this isn't magic. You have to work on it day in and day out. Make a plan. Choose your routine that which is comfortable for you. But once chosen, it must be followed every day without deviations. Slowly but surely, you will start noticing changes in your attitude and in the way you see things. This change will then fuel your determination to succeed. You will start to see things that have been going well for you, but had been obscured by your earlier negativity.

How fast you change and grow depends on some extent to where you started and how much negativity was there at the beginning. It also has to do with your resolve and commitment to growth and change. You will begin to see more results with more dedication to self-awareness and replacing negativity with positiveness.

It's when you begin to see little signs of things getting better that you'll know you can gear up. Time and energy given to this work will see you soon moving forward past blocks and impediments. Soon you'll realize that you've become a successful person and that you're worthy of achievement and recognition. From there you're poised to only succeed more and more. - 32513
